Avoqs – Return and Refund Policy

At Avoqs, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our clothing and accessories. Our Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which customers (“Customer”) may return or exchange products (“Products”) purchased from https://www.avoqs.com (“Website”). By making a purchase, Customers acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Policy. This Policy applies to all domestic and international orders unless otherwise specified.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Customers may request a return or exchange within seven (7) days of delivery.
1.2 Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
1.3 Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care are not eligible for return.
1.4 Sale items, discounted products, intimate wear (e.g., undergarments, swimwear), and customized orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Return Process
2.1 Customers must initiate a return request by contacting Avoqs Customer Service at support@avoqs.com within the eligibility period.
2.2 Once approved, Customers will receive return instructions, including the designated shipping address.
2.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product supplied by Avoqs.
2.4 Returned Products will be inspected before approval of refund or exchange.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, Customers may opt for a different Product of equal value or request a refund.
3.2 Exchange requests must comply with all return eligibility requirements in Section 1.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refunds will be processed once returned Products are received and inspected by Avoqs.
4.2 Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days, excluding shipping charges.
4.3 In cases of partial returns, shipping fees and promotional discounts applied at purchase may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
5.1 Customers must notify Avoqs within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving a defective or incorrect Product, providing photos as evidence.
5.2 Avoqs will cover return shipping costs and provide either a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
6.1 The following Products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded: intimate wear, swimwear, undergarments, customized clothing, clearance items, and gift cards.
7. International Orders
7.1 International Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and shipping costs associated with returns.
7.2 Refunds for international orders will exclude any customs or duties paid by the Customer.

9. Governing Law
9.1 This Policy is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
